We also retain records of your queries and correspondence whenever you contact us, including your telephone conversations with us (which we may monitor or record).
We store collected data in a variety of places within our infrastructure, including system log files and databases. We do not collect or store customer’s credit card information.
If you provide us with personal information for a third party (for example when registering a domain name on behalf of someone else), you warrant that you have obtained such third party’s express permission for the disclosure and use of their personal information.
This privacy policy does not cover how our Users may use or share data which they collect using our services. As our customer, you may use our services to host, transmit or process data on our hosting platforms, which may include personal data of your customers. You are solely responsible for any applicable legal requirements in respect of your own content as well as your customer’s content collected by you and stored on our hosting platforms. Additionally, you are responsible for managing the security of your customers’ data which you upload or your customers upload onto our platforms and ensuring secure access to such data.
Our relationship is with you directly and there is no agreement in place between us and your customers and you are responsible for any applicable legal requirements in respect of your customer’s data stored on our hosting platforms.
We use information about you to process product and service orders that you have submitted to us, provide you with the products and services, comply with our contractual obligations which we have with you, help us identify you and any accounts you have with us, enable us to review, develop and improve our websites and services, to provide customer care including responding to your requests if you contact us with a query, to administer accounts, process payments and keep track of billing and payments, to detect fraud and ensure that the information you have given to us is correct, to notify you about changes to our products and services, provide you with information about products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes, and to inform you of service and price changes.
We may use recorded telephone conversations for quality control purposes, to train our employees and for our own protection.
We retain your personal information to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will keep your personal data for the duration of the period you are a customer of Sasahost Limited. We shall retain your data only for as long as necessary in accordance with applicable laws.
On the closure of your account, we may keep your data for up to 7 years after you have cancelled your services with us. We may not be able to delete your data before this time due to our legal and/or accountancy obligations. We may also keep it for research or statistical purposes. We assure you that your personal data shall only be used for these purposes stated herein.
All users authorized by you to have access to your account can view personal information stored in the account. A primary account holder can view personal information saved in sub accounts to which they have authorized access.

We work closely with a number of third parties (including business parties, service providers and fraud protection services) and we may receive information from them about you. These third parties may collect information about you including, but not limited to, your IP address, device-specific information, server logs, device event information and location information. We use their features within our website, however, in some instances, they may be acting as data controller and they will have their own privacy policies, which we advise you to read.
c. Legal Process
If legally required to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary, we may disclose your personal information to courts of law, law enforcement authorities and other relevant third parties, such as internet service providers, to conduct an investigation, respond to a third party or law enforcement directive or court order, or bring legal action in case of violation of our terms of service.
In preventing the use or processing of your personal data, it may delay or prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations to you. It may also mean that we shall be unable to provide our services or process the cancellation of your service.
You have the right to object to our use of your personal data, or ask us to delete, remove or stop using it if there is no longer need for us to keep it. This is known as your right to be forgotten. There are legal and accountancy reasons why we will need to keep your data, but please do inform us if you think we are retaining or using your personal data incorrectly. You have the right to require us to correct any personal information held about you that is inaccurate and have incomplete data completed. Where you request correction, please explain in detail why you believe the personal information we hold about you to be inaccurate or incomplete so that we can assess whether a correction is required and appropriate any necessary changes.
You have the right to receive a subset of the personal information you provide us if we process it on the legal bases of our contract with you or with your consent in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and a right to request that we transfer such personal information to another party. If you wish for us to transfer the personal information to another party, please ensure you detail that party and note that we can only do so where it is technically feasible. We are not responsible for the security of the personal information or its processing once received by the third party.
You can change your marketing preferences at any time within Sasahost’s Client Area.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. If you choose not to receive marketing communications from us about our products and services, you will have the choice for Opt-out by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the pages either at sign up or in Sasahost’s Client Area.
Our Services are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

You must maintain the accuracy of your information and ensure all your details, including but not limited to, name, address, title, phone number, e-mail address and payment details are kept up to date at all times. You must do this by updating your personal details within Sasahost’s Client Area.
